1. Legacy Contact Request Fees
Direct paid contact requests to named advocates are paused during Rule 36 compliance review. Legacy contact request payments made before this pause are governed by the following historical rules:
2. Platform Credits
Platform Credits are non-monetary and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Credits are valid for 180 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired credits are not reinstated.
3. Lawyer Tools Plan (₹499 + GST / 30 days)
The Lawyer Tools Plan fee paid by Lawyers is governed as follows:
- • No refund once tools plan access is activated for the billing period.
- • If tools plan access is not activated within 48 hours due to a technical error on our side, a full refund is issued.
- • Tools plan access removed due to a Terms of Service violation is not refunded.
- • The tools plan does not buy leads, ranking, placement, visibility, or recommendation priority.
4. Duplicate / Erroneous Payments
If a duplicate or erroneous payment is identified (e.g., double charge), please contact us within 7 days at billing@nyayvichar.in. We will verify and refund the excess amount within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
