Terms of Service

By accessing or using NyayVichar ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and WANIFY Digital Agency.

NyayVichar is a legal technology platform that provides AI-powered informational case briefs, preparation tools, document checklists, and basic professional information for verified advocates. NyayVichar does not rank, recommend, advertise, or endorse advocates and does not practice law. NyayVichar is not a party to any attorney-client relationship that may be formed independently outside the Platform.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised account access • Not share your account with any third party • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The AI case analysis feature provides general legal information based on your description. You acknowledge that: • The analysis is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship • The AI may produce errors or omissions; always verify with a qualified lawyer • The AI confidence score is an internal measure and not a guarantee of accuracy • NyayVichar is not liable for any action taken based solely on the AI analysis

Direct paid contact requests to named advocates are disabled during Rule 36 compliance review. Payments on the Platform are limited to technology tools such as AI case preparation packs, document preparation tools, and advocate dashboard/admin tools unless a future legally reviewed flow is enabled. Lawyer professional fees and work order payments are not processed through the Platform in v1. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Platform Credits ("Credits"), if issued for historical purchases or support adjustments, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. They may have expiration dates as specified at the time of issuance and are non-transferable between accounts.

Lawyers on the Platform agree to: • Maintain valid Bar Council registration and comply with applicable professional regulations • Provide accurate basic profile information, including enrolment details, Bar Council details, qualifications, practice areas, and contact details where permitted • Avoid advertising, solicitation, rankings, testimonials, exaggerated claims, or fee promotion through the Platform • Maintain professional conduct in all communications • Comply with the Bar Council of India Rules on Professional Standards, including Rule 36

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity • Upload false, misleading, promotional, or defamatory content • Harass, threaten, or abuse any Lawyer or other User • Use the Platform for advocate advertising, solicitation, paid ranking, touting, or lead generation • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Platform functionality • Impersonate any person or entity • Use the Platform to spam or send unsolicited communications

All Platform content, including but not limited to the AI analysis engine, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to WANIFY Digital Agency and is protected by applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NyayVichar shall not be liable for: The quality, accuracy, or outcome of any legal services provided by Lawyers• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on the AI case analysis• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages• Loss of data, business, or profits Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to NyayVichar in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution of disputes through our internal grievance mechanism before initiating legal proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
